Shipping Addresses
Please always check the shipping address before placing your order. Please include a building, apartment, or unit number if appropriate. We cannot ship to post office addresses. In addition, please provide a telephone number with the shipping address. This number is included on the outside of the shipping container to assist the delivery driver in the event that he/she is unable to locate the recipient.
Shipping Information
All orders in the Continental United States are shipped via UPS ground service unless otherwise requested by the customer. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii will be shipped via United States Post Office, unless expedited service is requested by the customer. Expedited shipment (2-day) is available for an additional charge. Separate Delivery Addresses
Please note that all shipping charges are quoted on a per-address basis and are based on the number and weight of the products, packing and shipping materials, and the number of boxes required for your order. Additional box charges apply for large orders.
Note: We do not ship any food products outside of the United States.
If You Are Not At Home
If you are not home to sign for your ground package, UPS will automatically leave your package at your door without a signature. If you are not home to sign for your expedited shipment, we will instruct UPS and DHL to automatically leave your package at your door without a signature. If you are going out-of-town and are expecting a package, please notify a neighbor or request that we have your order held for delivery on a specific date.
Payment Terms
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express only. In order to process your purchase, we may send you a confirmation email or we may contact you by email, mail, or telephone if we have any questions regarding your order.
Guarantee
We guarantee all our products to arrive in satisfactory condition to the address given if delivery can be made when first attempted. We cannot assume responsibility for products if we are given an incorrect address. If you are unhappy with a product for any reason, please notify us immediately so that we can rectify the problem. Please note that claims for damaged products will not be accepted unless received within 48 hours of delivery.
